Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at FeMight. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with SMEs, developing and implementing growth strategies, maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. You’ll play a critical role in helping us bring Femight’s services to organizations committed to gender equity and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK
  • Pitch Femight’s coaching and mentoring offerings to HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Work closely with the Femight team to align offerings with client needs
  • Represent Femight’s values and mission in all external communications

Requirements:

  • Based in the UK (preferably London or Edinburgh)
  • Has the right to live and work in the UK
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role/position
  • Proven experience in sales and business development (B2B preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of the coaching, HR, or leadership development industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Passion for supporting women in business and leadership

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing growth strategies
  • Relationship management and client servicing skills
  • Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by women in the professional world
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the non-profit or women empowerment sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
